Julia Arnold Bufford, 95, of 305 Johnston Road, Ninety Six, widow of Marvin Harris Bufford, died Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Hospice House. Born in Elberton, GA, she was a daughter of the late David Sanders Arnold and Tolliver �Tarver� Mercer Arnold. She was retired from Greenwood Mills, Ninety Six Plant, where she was a member of the Quarter Century Club. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and the T.E.L. Sunday School Class. Surviving are her daughter, Marlene (Arvest) Turner; her son, Mike L. (Jean) Bufford, all of Ninety Six; four grandchildren, Jeff Turner of Houston, TX, Craig (Frankie) Turner of Summerville, Jill (Tim) Stevens of Ninety Six and Jan (Joe) Hindsley of Columbia; five great grandchildren, Graham Turner, Cole Turner, Tori (Mikey) Taylor, Anna Grace Stevens and Julia Hindsley; a great great granddaughter, Chloe Frances Taylor and a brother-in-law, Ellis Gunnells of Laurens. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Darlina Gregory and Inez Gunnells and her brother, Ed Collie Arnold.
