Julia Fair Horne, 83, resident of NHC Health Care Center, died Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Hospice House. Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late David Bates and Mary Vaughn Horne. She was a retired nursing assistant and was a member of the Fairview Quilting Club and the Red Hat Club. She was a member of the Ninety Six Church of God of Prophecy. Surviving is a daughter, Julia �Jeannie� Hines of Greenville; five sons, Wayne Moore, Donnie Moore and Ricky Moore, all of Ninety Six, Tommy Moore of Winston-Salem, NC and Julian �Lucky� Wertz of Ware Shoals; ten grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
