Kathryn Elaine Barton Regan, 78, of Greenwood, wife of Joseph "Joe" P. Regan, passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont.

Born in Detroit, MI, she was a daughter of the late William T. Barton and Mary M. Fredrick Barton. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and always cherished the times they spent together.

She is survived by her husband, Joe of the home; children, Joseph "J.W." Regan (Rita), James Regan, both of Georgia, Dennis Regan of Washington, and Jody Swanigan (David) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; sister, Karen Hodgson of Michigan; and grandchildren, Chris Fisher, Bryan Charles, Dylan Regan, and Regan Swanigan.

She was preceded in death by a son, Brian Regan and two brothers.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Harley Funeral Home chapel.
