Kathy Ann Corley Harvley, 57, of Highway 178 South, wife of Ronald Wayne Harvley, died Sunday, November 27, 2022 at her home.
Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of Ruth Guyton Chapman and the late Ronald "Runt" Corley. Kathy was a graduate of Saluda High School and attended Piedmont Technical College. She was employed by Harvley's Scrap Metal for more than 30 years. Kathy was a faithful member of Augusta Highway Baptist Church and could always be counted on to be on time or early when she said she would be somewhere.
Kathy is survived by her husband of the home; her mother of Saluda; her daughter, Virginia Marshall (Chris) of Saluda; stepdaughters, Tara Harvley and Ashley Harvley, both of Greenwood; her sister, Peggy Butler of Saluda; and grandchildren, Johnathan Hodges, Cole Burnette, Andrew Burnette, Skylar Marshall, Isiah Marshall, Austin Harvley, Macaiah Sorrow and Ashton Sorrow.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Augusta Highway Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenny Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Cole Burnette, Johnathan Hodges, Ricky Dorn, Chris Marshall, Danny Harvley and Matthew Harvley.
The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.
Family members are at their respective homes.
