Kenneth Roy Harrison, 78, of 108 S. Trout Street, widower of Elaine Bonds Harrison, died Monday, August 29, 2016 at his home.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Lee Roy Harrison, Sr. and Helen Louise Hazel Harrison. He was a self-employed carpenter.

Surviving are two sons, Roy Harrison of Greenwood and David Harrison of Myrtle Beach; a daughter, Debra H. Blizzard of Greenwood; stepdaughter, Phyllis Brewster of Greenwood; two sisters, Myrtis Louise Forehand (Rev. Bob) and Mary Elizabeth Walker (J.W.), both of Ninety Six; five brothers, John Donnie Harrison, Rev. Carroll Eugene Harrison (Lois), Walter "Jack" Harrison, Lee Roy Harrison, Jr. (Norma) and Colie Franklin Harrison (Linda), all of Greenwood and a granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Harrison.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Greenwood Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum with the Rev. Carroll Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the chapel mausoleum on Friday from 1 to 2 p.m.

The family members are at their respective homes.
