Kevin Mareen Knab, 51, of Bradley, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Self Regional Medical Center.
Born in Lexington on March 10, 1973, he was a son of Vera Virginia Browder Knab. Kevin dedicated his days to his work in quality control at Fuji. Outside of work, he selflessly served his community as a volunteer at the Coronaca Fire Department for over 13 years, showcasing his commitment to helping others. Kevin's passion for his favorite team, the South Carolina Gamecocks, was unwavering, and he could always be found cheering them on with enthusiasm. Known for his strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to providing for his family, Kevin was a beloved member of the Calvary Chapel community, where his presence will be deeply missed.
In addition to his mother, Vera he he is survived by his daughters, Magan Hicks (Brian) and Rachel Knab; brother, Bo Sowell; grandchildren, Presley Hicks and Georgia Hicks; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Karen Mooney.
The family will hold a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Calvary Chapel with the Rev. David Evans officiating.
The family will receive friends before the service from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the church.
