Lawton B. Timmerman, 91, of 114 Timmerman Road, husband of Eva Harris Timmerman, died Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Wesley Commons Health Care Center. Born in Edgefield County, he was a son of the late E. S. and Ida Calliham Timmerman. He was the owner of Timmerman Builders and attended the Pentecostal Holiness church and the Church of God. Surviving is his wife; a daughter, Linda T. Horne and a son, Lawton Donald Timmerman, both of Greenwood; two sisters, Frances Owings of Lumberton, NC and Irene Gregg of Athens, GA; three grandsons and five great grandchildren.
