Obituary
Lee Junior �Red� Payne, 81, died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Carriage House. Born in Haywood County, NC, he was a son of the late Elihu L. Payne and Pearl Mae Sexton. He was preceded in death by his five siblings and has other relatives residing in the Asheville Area.
