Lee Allen Peterson, 77, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025.
Born on April 23, 1948, in La Crosse, WI, he was the son of the late Orville Oliver Peterson and Phyllis Admundson Peterson. Lee was known for his unwavering spirit and passion for life and was a retired store manager for Woolworth. He enjoyed gardening and pouring his creativity into home renovations, always seeking to make his living space a reflection of his warm and welcoming personality. For 52 beautiful years, Lee shared a deep and meaningful life with his partner, Joe Beckham, forming a bond that was admired by all who knew them.
He was preceded in death by his life partner, Joe Beckham; sister, Penny Dubuque; and nephew, Peter Dubuque.
Lee is survived by his beloved niece, Melissa Dubuque and brother-in-law, Joe Dubuque.
