Lester Lee Britton, 82, of 737 Milner Road, Chappells, SC 29037, husband of Georgia Jorgenson Britton, died Thursday, September 24, 2015 at his home. Born in Rock Elm, Wisconsin, he was a son of the late Neil W. and Emma Louise Kuessel Britton. Lester was a cross country trucker and was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lutheran Church in Coolidge, Arizona. Surviving are his wife of 64 years; four children, Linda Britton of the home, Nancy Gines (Ed) of Tallahassee, FL, Lee Britton (Brenda) of Chappells, and Ken Britton (Chris) of Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister, Marry Lou Sexton of Arkansas; two brothers, Gerald and Orville Britton of Wisconsin; eight grandchildren, Jeremy, Richard, Peter, Kelly, Randy, Mandi, Rena, Sarah; 26 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Danny Britton; a daughter, Pamela Britton; a granddaughter, Christina Childers; a sister, Eva Olson; and daughter in law, Debbie Britton. The family is at the home.
