Lester Carol Kitchings, 67, of Phoenix Street, died on Friday, January 22, 2016, at Petra Health and Rehab. Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late William ODell Kitchings and Agnes Hastings Kitchings. Lester worked for Cooke's Fence Company and was a member of Kinards United Methodist Church. He loved model cars, NASCAR and enjoyed fishing. Surviving are daughter, Joni Kitchings of Greenwood, a sister, Sarah Kitchings Dotson (Sonny) of Waterloo; a brother-in-law, Terry Dotson of Waterloo, and former wife, Mary Anne Kitchings of Greenwood. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Holly Anne Kitchings and sister, Doris Kitchings Dotson. The family members are at their respective homes. '
