Linda Worthington Lagrone, 76, of 111 Lollis Road, wife of Marshall N. Lagrone, died Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at her home.
Born in Greenwood County on September 2, 1940, she was a daughter of the late James and Henrietta Turner Worthington. She retired from Tyco after 29 years of service and was a member of the Chapter M Honda Motorcycle Club. Linda enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles and gardening.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 58 years and her pet, Diesel, of the home; are her son, Mark Lagrone (Sharon) and her daughter, Michelle Bennett, both of Greenwood; her sister, Gail Goldman (Wayne) of Florida; three grandchildren, Justin Lagrone of NC, Amber Lagrone and Thomas Bennett, both of Greenwood; a great grandson, Dalton Bennett; nieces, Donna Haidar of Texas, Toni Badger (Randy) of Greenwood and April Brower (Chris) of Florida; and a nephew, Tim Goldman of NC.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Mark Bennett, Brad Rogers, Nick Meredith, Jerry Crittendon, Dillon Burch and Jacob Johnson.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.
