Obituary
Carol "Loni" Hill Poat, 79, of Greenwood, wife of Tony Poat, passed away Monday, February 10, 2025 at Self Regional Medical Center.
Born in Worleytown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Rhueanna Mason Hill. Loni received her master's degree in social science from Florida State University. She was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church, where she religiously attended Sunday School.
In addition to her husband, Tony of the home, she is survived by her stepson, Jonathan Ketih Arnette of Tecula, GA.
The family will have a remembrance at both church services, 8:45 am and 11:00 am on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at St. Mark United Methodist Church.
Memorials may be made to St. Mark United Methodist Church.
