Minnie Loretta Latimer Adams, 81, of 1330 Kinard Street, died Friday, May 16, 2014 at Newberry County Memorial Hospital. Born in Honea Path, she was the daughter of the late Stephen K. and Albertie Hendricks Latimer. Loretta was a former registered nurse at Newberry Hospital and she enjoyed knitting, crocheting and crafts. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church. Surviving are three children: Stephen Adams and his wife, Laura, of Newberry, Kim Eaddy and her husband, Danny, of Leeds, Al and Audie Adams of Bluffton;five grandchildren: Daniel Griffin Adams Eaddy, Cheyne Bradley Eaddy, Chaz Reichert Adams, and Stephanie Renee Adams; and a great granddaughter, Madalynn Rose Eaddy. Pallbearers will be Daniel Eaddy, Chaz Adams, Travis Hatcher, Carlos Costello, Hank Haltiwanger and Adam Haltiwanger. The family is at the home of her son, Stephen Adams, 97 Deer Trace Lane, Newberry.
