Lillie Louise Capps Parkman, 94, of 2502 Kateway, widow of James Frank Parkman, died Sunday, January 17, 2016 at her home. Born in Easley, SC, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Pauline Arledge Capps. She retired from Eastwill Sportswear as a supervisor and was a member of Laurel Baptist Church. Surviving is her daughter, Carol Noffz, of Greenwood; two sisters, Edna Ellis (Jimmy), of Abbeville and Nellie Ware of Greenwood; grandchildren, Wesley Noffz (Angie) of Greenwood, Delane Hood (Michael) of Anderson, Michael Noffz (Pam) of Bradley; great grandchildren, Cassidy and Conner Noffz, Mark and Matthew Gonce, Logan Hood, Haven Hanley, Kayla and Kinsley Noffz; great great grandchildren, Nolan Gonce and Peyton Hanley. She was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers. The family is at the home.
