Etty Louvenia Beasley Edwards, 90, of 248 Sulpher Springs Road, widow of Orin J. Edwards, died Monday, January 12, 2009 at her home. Born in McCormick, she was a daughter of the late Milledge Traylor and Addie Lila Roberts Beasley. She was a seamstress and a member of South Main Street Baptist Church and the Faith Sunday School Class. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia E. and Edward Sam McBride of Waterloo; a son and daughter-in-law, Carlton Barry and Lynn Edwards of Hendersonville, NC; two sisters, Annie Powell of Greenwood and Dorothy Porter of Saluda; four grandchildren, Deborah Edwards Neal, Kathryn Edwards Conley, Eric Shawn McBride and Steven A. McBride and four great grandchildren.
