Obituary

Mae Odom Collier, 84, formerly of 112 Bream Street, Greenwood and presently residing with her daughter in Travelers Rest, widow of Charlie Collier, died Friday, September 17, 2010 at Oakmont East in Berea. Born in Erwin, TN, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Etta Mae Beam Odom. She was retired from Continental Can Company and was a member of Lakeside Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving are three daughters, Patricia J. Simpson Smith of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Elizabeth Anne Collier of Baltimore, MD and Mary Sue Collier Faucett of Travelers Rest; a son, Charlie Edward Collier of Clarksville, TN; four grandchildren, Patricia Sue Turnage, Ben Hare, Jr., Elizabeth Anne Smith and Linda Elaine Chisolm; eight great grandchildren and a great great grandson. Pallbearers will be her grandson, Ben Hare, Jr., and great grandsons, Samuel Jones, Nick Jones, Collin Jones, Brandon Lambert and Chase Lambert. The family is at the home of her daughter, Mary Sue Faucett, 3 Grandview Circle, Travelers Rest.
