Maggie Edith Langley Coffey, 80, of Sebring, FL and Ninety Six, wife of Roger Coffey, was called by our Heavenly Father to her eternal home above on March 25, 2019.
Born in Johnston County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Claudie D. and Emma Pittman Langley. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, doting grandmother and great grandmother. Maggie loved to sew, where she came from a long line of seamstresses and tailors. She made many dresses and costumes for historic re-acting and the Miss SC Pageant. Maggie loved camping, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving in addition to her loving husband of the home are her children: James T. Larkin (Shelley), John M. Larkin (Tammy), Kimberly Persaud (Deo), all of Rock Hill, SC, Daniel P. Larkin of Lowell, NC, Patricia L. Gray (john) of Smyrna, SC, Junior Coffey (Cindy) of Deep Gap, NC and Sandra L. Anglin (Joe) of Edgemoor, SC; sixteen grandchildren, JT, Beth, John Jr., Amanda, Jozey, Josh, Angeline, Holly, Rachel, Michael, Kelley, Tyler, Phillip, Jacob, Elizabeth and Sara; eighteen great grandchildren with number nineteen due in September; two brothers, W. Eugene Langley (Carol) of Averill Park, NY and Rev. Robert Langley (Phyllis) of Morehead City, NC; several nieces and nephews and multiple cousins.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Edgar and Charles D. "CD" and sister Carolyn.
