Margaret Adams Johanson, 96, widow of David Leander Johanson, died in Greenwood, SC on April 14, 2009, which would have been their 75th wedding anniversary. Born in the Boonton, NJ area where she lived for 62 years before moving to Greenwood in 1975. She was a daughter of Eva and Harry Adams and a 1931 graduate of Boonton High School. She is survived by four children, Sigrid M. Tracy of Leesburg, FL, David J. Johanson (Diane) of Frostburg, MD, Karin A. Valentine (Eugene) of Fort Worth, TX and Dagmar A. Weatherly of Fort Worth, TX; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and a sister, Marion G. Adams of Wethersfield, CT. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Evelyn A. Wolf, Alma A. Hale and Barbara A. Gustavson.
