Marie Louise Lomax Collins, 95, of 119 Pettit Drive, Ninety Six, widow of William Lee Collins, died Saturday, September 17, 2016 at her home.

Born in Cornelia, GA, she was a daughter of the late George Lomax and Bessie Mize Gantt. Mrs. Collins retired from Greenwood Mills where she was a member of the Quarter Century Club and was the oldest member of Temple Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by a two infant sons and two siblings, Evelyn Chastain and James Crawford Lomax.

Surviving are a daughter, Judy Maffett (Randolph); four sisters, Kathryn Jones, Doris Blalock, Virginia Fox, all of Ninety Six and Margaret Goodson of Alto, GA; and a brother, George Lomax, Jr., of Ninety Six.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bryan Cox officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Jones, Marion Thomas, Whit Ouzts, Andy Blalock, Neil Lomax and Robby Goodson.
The family will receive friends before the service from 1 to 2 pm.
