Marjorie Pickens Butler, 90, formerly of 103 Hunt Street, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, April 2, 2011. Born on March 25, 1921, Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Augustus D. Pickens of Greenwood and her six brothers and two sisters. She was a graduate of Greenwood High School and was employed by Citizens Trust Company for twenty five years. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Paul Schwarz, of Greenwood; son and daughter-in-law, Stephen A. and Alice Finley, of Fayetteville, NC; three grandchildren, Mr. Ricky Schwarz of Atlanta, GA, Mrs. Kelly Rutledge of Columbia, SC and Mrs. Stephanie Kramer of Fayetteville, NC, along with several great grandchildren.
