Marvin Thomas Fagan, Sr., 87, husband of Dorothy Owings Fagan, died Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at Hospice House. Born in Elberton, GA, he was a son of the late Eullis and Bertha Lovern Fagan. He was retired from Grendel Mill and was a US Navy veteran of World War II. He was Methodist. Surviving are his wife; a daughter Peggy (Marcia) Mattison and her husband, Ken, and a son, Marvin T. �Chip� Fagan, Jr. and his wife, Pam, all of Greenwood; three grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
