Mary Murray Blizzard, 75, formerly of 505 Davis Street, widow of J. P. Blizzard, died Friday, June 21, 2013 at Petra Health & Rehab, McCormick. Born in Abingdon, VA, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Ida Dollar Murray. She was retired from Greenwood Mills, Plant No. 5, where she was a member of the Quarter Century Club, and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Connie Witt (Ray), Phyllis Rivers (Steve) and Linda Duffie (Joe), all of Greenwood; three brothers, Mike Murray of Abbeville, Cleve Murray (Maurine) and Bobby Murray (Evelyn), both of Greenwood; seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Randall Eugene Witt; sisters, Sue Buchanan and Ernestine Bell; and brothers, Frank Murray and Bill Murray.
