Mary Seymour Cooper, 71, of 6118 River Fork Road, wife of Robert Earl Cooper, Sr. died Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Emory Gordon Seymour and Icilues Wilson Seymour. Mary retired from Greenwood Postal Service and was of the Baptist faith. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family and was preceded in death by a sister, Jettie Mae Madden; and three brothers, Curtis Seymour, Jimmy Seymour and Edward Seymour. Surviving is her husband of the home; three daughters, Elizabeth Cooper Cothran, Debbie C. Sprouse, both of Waterloo and Celia C. Moore of Ninety Six; a son, Robert Earl Cooper, Jr. of Waterloo; half sister, Becky P. Noffko of Saluda; five grandchildren, Tracy Falkingham, Amy Pille, Sam Moore, Joshua Moore and Robert Cooper, III; and four great grandchildren, Leila Elizabeth Dodson, Josie Layne Gambrell, Samuel Jakob Hancock-Moore and Aiden Lamar Zachary Moore.. Pallbearers will be her nephews. Memorials may be made to a charity of one�s choice. Family members are at their respective homes.
