Mary Evaline Wilson Gambrell, 81, of 437 East Cambridge Ave, widow of Bobbie Lewis Gambrell, died Saturday, June 4, 2016 at NHC - Greenwood.
Born in Commerce, GA, she was the daughter of the late Clemmie Myers and Alonzo Wilson. Mary was employed by Riegal Textiles in Ware Shoals and was a volunteer at Self Regional Healthcare. She was a former member of the Eastern Star, Chapter #144. Mary was a member of Ware Shoals First Baptist Church, a member of the choir, and Womens Missionary Circle.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Sue Gambrell Dale; and a brother, Curtis M Wilson.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Leon Jones officiating.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association; P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312 or Ware Shoals First Baptist Church; 30 South Greenwood Ave, Ware Shoals, SC 29692.
