Mary Hazel Plyler, 58, of Greenwood, passed away on April 21, 2025.
Born in Greenwood, SC, she was a daughter of the late Eugene Hazel and Shirley Morse.
Mary worked as a grocery store manager for many years. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoyed camping and going on trips to the beach with her family. She also enjoyed watching her family and close friends play cornhole. Mary was a vibrant presence in the lives of her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy. She treasured every opportunity to cheer on her grandchildren at their softball and volleyball games. She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Tracy Plyler; son, Tray Plyler (Kayla); daughter, Amanda Case (Lee); sisters, Gail Crawford (Willie), Debra Crawford (Tommy Ray), Anne Neighbors (Johnny Ray); step sister, Sharon Corbin; cousins, Carl Bodie, James Bodie, and Harry Brewer; and grandchildren, Destiny Plyler, Jeffery Owens, Audrey Plyler, Madison Plyler, Paige Plyler, Zackary Case, and Brantley Lee.
A funeral service will be held Friday, April 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Harley Funeral Home chapel officiated by Reverend Earl Kelly.
The family will receive friends before the service from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
