Mary Botts Stennett, 79, of 1528 Alexander Road, wife of John D. Stennett, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at HospiceCare of the Piedmont.

Born in Abbeville, she was a daughter of the late Claude William and Darcus Jackson Botts. She retired from Professional Medical Products after 33 years and was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Adult Women's Sunday School Class.

Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are her sister, Norma Doolittle of Greenwood and her brother, Dewey Botts (Frances) of Forest City, NC.

She was preceded in death by her son, John Richard Stennett.

Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carroll Harrison officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Chad Anderson, Brad Anderson, Matt Anderson, Bert Dodgen, and Tim Doolittle.

Honorary escort will be the staff of HospiceCare of the Piedmont.
The family will receive friends following the service on Saturday at the cemetery.
