Mary H. Scott Timmerman, 90, widow of Lonnie Timmerman, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Wesley Commons Health Care Center.
Born in Americus, GA, she was a daughter of the late Alton and Lottie Webb Jennings. She was retired from Monsanto/Solutia and was a member of South Greenwood Pentecostal Holiness Church and attended Trinity West Assembly of God in West Columbia.
She was first married to the late Carroll Scurry Scott and was also preceded in death by a son, David Scott and two sisters. Betty Jean Lupo and Bertha Mae Moody of GA.
Surviving are her daughters, Darlene Davenport (Clyde) and Yvonne Bryant (Robert), both of Greenwood and Angela Williams (Charles) of Lexington; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. W. Terry Bailey and Pastor Warren Parker officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Clyde Davenport, Charles Williams, Bruce McCord, Steven Williams, Trent Stanley, Bill Hozey and Lance Land.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1 to 2 p.m.
The family is at the home of her daughter, Darlene Davenport, 405 Oakwood Drive.
