May Margaret Fromm Lowe, 94, of 2277 Montague Avenue Ext., widow of Joseph Roy Lowe passed away Friday, January 29, 2010 at Hospice House in Greenwood. Born in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of the late Otto and Bertha Prieve Fromm. Mrs. Lowe graduated from Toledo High School in Ohio and was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Joyce Lowe of Greenwood; a son, Douglas Lowe and his wife Rachael Lowe of Mc Lean, VA; a grandson, Benjamin Lowe and a granddaughter, Rebecca Lowe.
