Robert Michael Hennessy, 71, husband of Diana Kubiniec Hennessy, died Saturday May 14, 2011. Born in Kansas City, MO, he was a son of the late Robert Murray and Lucille Barger Hennessy. Mr. Hennessy was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from KCTV after 32 years. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed his retired life on Lake Greenwood. He was preceded in death by a son, Shawn Hennessy. A special thanks to the staff at the Cancer Center of Self Regional Medical Center. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are a daughter, Erin (Andy) Passmonick of Mesa, AZ; a brother, Dave (Debbie) Hennessy of Hudson, FL; special cousin, Gary Thompson of Kansas City, MO; and a grandson, Drew Passmonick of Mesa, AZ.
