Obituary
Michael Edward Summey, 50, of Greenwood, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Self Regional Medical Center.
Born in Thomasville, NC, he was the son of Joyce Kindley Tysinger and the late Bill Edward Summey. Michael was a self employed painter and enjoyed fishing, traveling, sports, and cooking.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his girlfriend, Debra Blizzard; sisters, Audrey Summey and Penny Pullum and her husband, Darrell Pullum, who was his best friend, and their two children, Andrew and Allison; his fur babies, Buddy and Sissy; Michelle Dawn; along with several extended family and friends who loved him dearly.
Per his request no services will be held.
