Johnny Michael "Mike" Judy, 72, of Greenwood, husband of Elaine Judy, passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 at his home.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Joseph "Joe" Judy and Marie Horne Judy. He was a US Air Force veteran serving in Vietnam and an active US Army National Guard. Mike retired from Greenwood Mills after twenty-five years and attended Restoration Ministries Church of God. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, working on cars, and building his corvette. Above all else his family was the most important to him.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine of the home; children, Henry "Lynn" Gibert, Jr. (Deanna Horn) of Greenwood, Lisa Buchanan (Dean), and Wendy Parris (Travis), both of Ninety Six; brother, Donnie Judy (Linda) of Greenwood; grandchildren, Justin Gibert (Olivia), Cameron Gibert (Chandler), Joshua Buchanan, Zach Judy, Dixie Parris, and Caden Crawford; great granddaughter, Hollee Gibert; best friend, Robbie Alexander; his beloved dog, Fat Boy; and multiple extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandi Lee Judy; sister, Ethel O'Shield; brothers, Edgar Judy and Larry Judy; and grandson, Hunter Buchanan.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Harley Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Lee Going officiating.

The family will receive friends before the service from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
