Michael "Mike" Wayne Manley, 70, of Bradley, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025.

Born on October 5, 1954, in Greenwood, South Carolina, he was a son of the late William Edwin "Ed" Manley, Sr. and Johnnie Clardy Manley. Mike was a dedicated family man and a passionate outdoorsman. He spent his early years working at Greenwood Mills, Harris Plant for over twenty years before finding his dream job as a machinist at Piedmont Plastics, where he proudly worked until his retirement. He loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, a symbol of his adventurous spirit. Whether cutting grass, camping under the stars, or simply spending quality time with his family, his warmth and enthusiasm brought joy to all who knew him. Mike especially loved fishing the Saluda River with Brooks and Andrew. Above all, Mike's love for his family was the cornerstone of his life; he cherished every moment spent with them. A lifelong member of Woodfields Baptist Church, Mike's faith was a guiding light in his life.

Mike is survived by his daughters, Melissa Manley Decker (Brooks) and Tara Greeson (Benjamin); sister, Martha Manley Long (Charles); brother, Cliff Manley (John Herron); grandchildren, Maci Jade Greeson, Campbell Nicole Greeson, Andrew Michael Decker, Olivia Lourie Decker, Clara Anne Decker, Carl William Newton, and Carl Avery Newton; mothers of his children, Jeannie Wright Hughes and Thelma Georgette Bowman; along with many extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Manley Proctor and her husband, Joe; brother, William Edwin "Bill" Manley, Jr. and his wife, Patsy.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Raymond Lewis, Candi Gresham, RN, Dr. Russell Hall, Dr. Joanna Sadurski, Kimbrell Freeman, RN and Dr. Saeeda Chowhury for their love and care to Mike.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Stanley Sprouse officiating.

Pallbearers will be Bruce Henry Wright, Frankie Baer, Tanner Patrick Hall, Nicholas Reid Long, Ethan James Long, Andrew Michael Decker, Carl William Newton, James Fisher, and Bronco Manley.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
