A special thank you is extended to the staff at Self Regional Medical Center for their compassionate care during his time of need, as well as to his doctor and friend, Dr. Russell Hall, who supported him both personally and professionally.

Mike is survived by his mother, Judy, and his best friend, Dibble Cooper.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Don Farmer and brother, Jerry McClain.
