Mildred Buzhardt, 97, of 301 Milford Spring Road, widow of William E. Buzhardt, Sr., died Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Hospice House.

Born in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Neal and Arpha Land Lane. Mildred was of the Methodist faith.

Surviving are her children, William E. Buzhardt, Jr., Phillip Buzhardt and Barbara Buzhardt; four grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 on Saturday at First Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Damon Duncun and Mr. David Reid officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church before the service at 2 pm.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of NHC Home Health Care, Long Term Care, Self Regional Medical Center Staff, Active Nursing along with special thanks to Linda Killian, Renee Turner and Shirley Long for all their care shown to Mrs. Buzhardt.

The family members are at their respective homes.
