Obituary
Mildred Greaves Yeremian, of Greenwood, SC, widow of George Yeremian, died Thursday, August 20, 2009 at Hospice House.
Born in 1921 in Manchester, England, she was the daughter of the late William Edward and Lily Furniss Greaves. She worked as a faithful volunteer for thirty years for the Self Regional Hospital Auxiliary. As a member of The Church of Resurrection, Episcopal, she was a tireless volunteer on numerous committees at the state and local level. She was a member and served in various positions for the Dahlia Garden Club and The Women's Club of Greenwood.
Surviving are two daughters, Gail Y. Lux of Wilmington, NC and Susan Y. Milton of Williamsburg, VA; a son, George Jacob Yeremian, Jr. of Lawrenceville, GA; five grandsons; a granddaughter and two great grandchildren.
