Obituary
Nancy Ann "Gran" Crawford Witt, 73, of 5914 Hwy 178 S, died Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Self Regional Healthcare.
Born in Laurens, she was a daughter of the late James and Wadie Dower Crawford and was of the Baptist faith.
"Gran" was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Leasley; three sisters, Mary Crawford, Elizabeth Crawford, and Jettie Pitt; and five brothers, John Crawford, Marvin Crawford, Preston Crawford, Bennie Crawford, and Jr. Crawford.
Surviving are her daughter, Pam Walker (Tony), of the home; two sisters, Rosalee Crawford, of Ware Shoals, and Faye McCullough (Jim), of Honea Path; three grandchildren, Devin Walker (Megan), of Greenwood, Hailey and Katelyn Walker, both of Ninety Six; two great grandchildren, Anthony and AnaBeth Walker, both of Greenwood; and two special friends, Zach Hendrix, of Ninety Six and Justin Saylors, of Abbeville.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Greenwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev.Jerry Brunson officiating.
The family will be at the home.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
