Naomi Leroy Locklear, 84, formerly of East Cambridge Avenue, widow of Joe Locklear, died Monday, March 16, 2009 at Savannah Heights Living Center, McCormick. Born in Seneca, she was a daughter of the late Mary Moore Leroy. She retired from Oxford Shirt Company, where she was recognized for thirty years of perfect attendance. She was a member of the Piedmont Agency on Aging and Blyth Road Church of God. Surviving is her son, Charles Locklear of Greenwood; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
