Nellie "Mickey" Bowling Hopkins, 82, of 1222 Ninety Six Highway, widow of Jack Tyrus Hopkins, died Monday, February 22, 2016 at Self Regional Healthcare.

Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Connie Doyle Bowling. She worked for Greenwood Mills for 23 years and retired from Kemet after 22 years. Mickey loved dogs and beautiful flowers. She was a member of New Market Baptist Church.

Surviving is her son, Lee Hopkins and his fiance, Vickie McFarland, of Greenwood.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vickie Lynn Hopkins.

The family is at the home.
