Nora Jester McKinney, 86, of 1610 Sweetwater Road, widow of Fred H. "Rocky" McKinney, died Tuesday at Hospice Care of the Piedmont.

Born in Saluda, she was a daughter of the late Dan J. and Letie Simmons Jester. She was retired from Professional Medical Products and a member of Tranquil United Methodist Church. Nora was an avid Elvis Presley fan.

Surviving are a daughter, Linda Goldman (Jerrel), of Greenwood; a son, Tim McKinney (Roz), of Ninety Six; a sister, Ruth Roark, of Greenwood; four grandchildren, Jennifer Byrd, Matt Goldman, Justin and Austin Adams; a number of great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Shawn Armstrong. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Justin Adams, Austin Adams, Matt Goldman, Michael Byrd, Charles Jester, and George Ray Metts.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
