Otis Odell Stennett, 58, of 206 Merriman Avenue, died Sunday, August 2, 2009 at his home. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Mary Jane Gambrell Stennett and the late Arthur Woodrow Stennett. He was an electrician and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving is his mother of the home; two children, Brantley S. Smith of Virginia and Derek Stennett of Columbia and a sister, Darlene S. Calhoun and her husband, Bill, of Greenwood. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Stennett.
