Patricia Kathleen Ricco Mellette, 74, of Greenwood, widow of William "Bill" Mellette, entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 5, 2023 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Philadelphia, PA. on March 30, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Roger Ricco and Grace Gallagher Ricco. She received her bachelor's degree in business administration-Management and formerly worked for the Philadelphia Credit Union. Patricia also taught English as a second language and tutored children, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She was a lover of the Arts and enjoyed reading, traveling, and gardening. Above all else she loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Paige. Patricia was a member of The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection.

She is survived by her son, Dominic Herbert Mellette (Tywana Groce) of Simpsonville; siblings, Eric Ricco (Kim) of Warminster, PA, Rhonda White (Robert), Alison Ricco (Robert Donnelly), Sharon Craven (William), and Danny Ricco, all of Philadelphia, PA; granddaughter, Paige Mellette; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Bill, she was preceded in death by a sister, Grace Ricco and brother, Roger Ricco.

Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday at The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection with Rev. Mary Balfour Dunlap officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

A greeting for family and friends will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the Parish Hall at the church.

The body will be at Harley Funeral Home and Crematory Tuesday morning until 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday until 2:00 p.m.
