Peggy Joann Wideman, 58, of 916 Morgan Road, died Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at her home. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Calvin and Mamie Pennington Brewer. Joann was a homemaker and of the Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by her son, Clay Wideman and by a sister, Faye Hall. Surviving are three sisters, Dorothy Robinson of Greenwood, Barbara Dorn of Hodges and Cindy Fulmer of Donalds; a brother, Michael Brewer of Ninety Six; and two canine companions, PJ and Monk both of the home.
