Woodrow E. "Pete" Fain, 69, of 322 Circle Drive, Greenwood, husband of Debbie Terry Fain, died Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Self Regional Medical Center.
Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late Cecil and Gaynell Langley Fain. Pete worked for Greenwood Mills and attended Trinity Baptist Tabernacle.
He was preceded in death by a son, Rusty Fain.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are a daughter, Lori Harbin (Keith) of Greenwood; a son, Glen Fain of Waterloo; two brothers, Eddie Fain (Kathy) of Greenwood and Frankie Fain of Ninety Six; a sister, Dot Fain of Greenwood; grandsons, Cory Fain (fiancée, Paige Sumner) of Woodruff, Keaton Harbin and Kelton Harbin both of Greenwood; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 3 pm on Sunday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Ouzts officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Keaton Harbin, Kelton Harbin, Cory Fain, Tyrone Goodman, Robbie White and Fred Shlock.
The family will receive friends before the service at the funeral home from 2-3 pm.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at SRMC CCU for being so kind and caring as well as all the doctors that cared for Mr. Fain.
