Phillip J. Baer, 68, of 1522 Parkway Court, widower of Susan Jane Simpson Baer, died Friday, July 12, 2013 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was a son of the late Charles Franklin and Irene Wagner Baer. He was a former employee of Greenwood Mills, Durst Plant and was employed as a custodian by Prudential Cambridge Realty and Baer�s Lawn Service. Phillip was an avid fan of Nascar racing and the Atlanta Braves and was the kind of person who never met a stranger. Surviving are two sons, David Payton (Mylissa Bagwell) and Frankie Baer (Shannon Turner); a sister, Rosann Rinaldi; and two brothers, Billy Baer (Cheryl) and Charles �Spanky� Baer (Bobbie), all of Greenwood; a former daughter-in-law, Kim Wynn Baer of Waterloo; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
