Phillip Dalton Moore, Jr., 38, of Greenwood, died Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Hospice House.
Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Phillip Dalton Moore and Cynthia Diane Stennett Dominick. Phillip worked as a chef for Stemworks. To know Phillip was to love him and he deeply loved and cared for his family. His hobbies included disc golf, golf, fishing, cooking, but he especially enjoyed traveling and experiencing different culinary traditions wherever he went. Although he was born and raised in Greenwood, home was in Colorado. He loved the mountain scenery and snow and always said he was moving back there as soon as he could.
Phillip is survived by his mother, Cindy, of the home; his father and stepmother, Phillip and Jeannie Moore; his brother and best friend, Dillon Moore (Keri); his half-sister, Taylor Freel; his loving grandmother, Marie Stennett; nieces and nephews, Remington, Azelynn, Kinleigh, Danielle, Everitt, Sean, Aiden, Ana-Rose and Arabella; his stepfather, Mark Dominick; stepsisters, Deja Dominick and Tiffany Dominick; aunts, Eleanor Mitchell (Wayne), Amanda McAllister, Staci Moore; uncle, Barry Stennett (Angie); cousins, Haylee, Brady, Jana, Jake, Scott and Ryan; his fur baby, Jasmine; and many other extended family and friends who loved him dearly.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Ouzts officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.
