Polly Preece Smith, 70, of 101 Richardson Drive, wife of Tommie L. Smith, died Friday, March 14, 2014 at Hospice House. Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Azzie Lee Morrison Williams. Surviving is her husband of the home; three daughters, Kim Wood (Phil) of Greenwood, Cindy White (Tim) of San Fernandez, CA and Debbie Tucker of Greenwood; a brother, Lanier Williams of Ninety Six; her father-in-law, Walter J. Smith of Greenwood; eight grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Huie Williams. Memorials may be sent to HospiceCare of the Piedmont, 408 W.
