Reba Stroud Wilson, 87, of 206 Autumn Trace, wife of Marett Nelson Wilson, died Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at her home.
Born in Laurens County, she was the daughter of the late Paul Theodore and Ethel Wilkes Stroud. She retired from Capsugel and was a member of Westside Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School.
Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are her daughter, Monta Leister (Bill); brother, Jimmy "Don" Stroud; son-in-law, Richard Moss, all of Greenwood; two grandchildren, Sharee Busbin and Hannah Leister; and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Madonna Diane Moss and brothers, Paul T. Stroud, Jr. and Roderick Stroud.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kyle Richter officiating. Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Gregg Stroud, Dwight Stroud, Steve Hodges, Gary Anthony, Greg Wilson, and Jackie Blankinship.
Honorary escort will be members of the Senior Adult Department of Westside Baptist Church, Connie Bryant, Beth Weeks, and all of her nephews.
The family will receive friends before the service from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
