Obituary

Reda Butler Skidmore, 56, of 117 Stone Oak Lane, widow of Clyde Phillip Skidmore, Jr., died Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at her home.

Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late John David Butler. Reda was formerly employed with Digestive Disease Group and was of the Holiness faith.

Surviving are a sister, Brenda Burnett of Greenwood; a brother, John Matthew Butler of Saluda; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Services will be held at 11 am on Saturday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenney Griffin and Rev. Bobby Gilbert officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in Elmwood Cemetery.

Honorary escort will be the employees of Digestive Disease Group.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 to 8 pm.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of South Carolina, 326 Montague Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29646.
