Reginald "Reggie" Edward Massey, 66, of 306 Ridgeway Street, died Thursday, April 5, 2018 at HospiceCare of the Piedmont.

Born in Columbus, GA, he was a son of the late R.E. and Carolyn Hobbs Massey. He retired from South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Surviving are his son, Nic Massey (Candice Smith) of the home; sisters, Pat Darragh of Greenwood, Wanda Scheper of Beaufort, and Cindy Weeks (Jimmy) of Hodges; and a brother, Bobby Massey (Sheryl) of Anderson.

Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Frank Thomas officiating. Inurnment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Honorary escort will be Ken Peurifoy, Dubie Brown, Tommy Bryan, David Bagby, John Wright, Suzan Will, Sam Drummond, Sue Matthews, John Grant, Joe Dan Elliott, Dan Proctor, Ronnie Goldman, Stan Lockaby, Granger Smith, Will Thompson, Duane Terry, Austin Landers, and Brandon "Bee" Smith.

The family will receive friends before the service from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
